Who we are
Tyrant Ent is a graphic and web design business in the Florence/Darlington area of South Carolina. We create custom design work such as logos, flyers, websites, funeral programs, and other creative services.

Information we collect
We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing or mailing address, postal code, and any other details needed to complete an order or respond to your request. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.
For custom design work, we may also collect files, photos, names, dates, service details, and other content you send so we can create your design. For funeral programs and memorial work, that can include photos and information about the person being honored. We use this information only to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell this information.
If you create an account or place an order, our store may also keep order history and account details needed to process and support your purchase.
Payments
Card payments are not processed on this website. Checkout payments can be made through Cash App. When you choose Cash App at checkout, you are sent to Cash App to complete payment to our Cash App account ($PhilEchols). We do not store full credit or debit card numbers, card security codes (CVV), PIN data, or other sensitive authentication data on this website or on our computers.
If you pay with a card or other funding source inside Cash App, that information is handled by Cash App, not by tyrantent.net. Cash App’s handling of information is described in Cash App’s privacy policy: https://cash.app/us/en/legal/privacy
To process an order, we may receive your name, contact details, order information, and confirmation that a payment was sent. We never ask you to send card numbers by email, text message, or other unsecured methods, and we ask that you do not send them that way.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Payment information sent through Cash App is handled by Cash App. We do not store card numbers on this website. Only authorized people who need access to fulfill or support an order have access to customer information we collect.
Delivery
Most orders are digital design files delivered by email. Turnaround follows the times listed on each product, such as about 24 hours for flyer design and about 48 hours for logo design. In general, digital work is delivered in about 1–2 days.
Funeral program designs are front-and-back design files only. Printing is not included.
Because these design services are delivered electronically, we do not ship physical products for them, and there are no shipping charges for email delivery.
Refunds and returns
Because most of our work is custom design created to your specifications, refunds and returns are handled case by case. If there is a problem with an order, contact Tyrant Ent at general@tyrantent.net or (843) 608-9271 and we will review it with you.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask questions about the information we have, to update your contact details, or to request that we delete information we no longer need to keep for an order, payment, or legal purpose.
